It's a HP. No auto CLIs as far as I know . There is a change credit limit link but don't think it shows up until after 6 months.

Maybe it depends on the account type or internal profile? My account is less than 6 months old and it has the CLI or LCL options:

Wow....that looks good.......I have an Amex and Visa with 2K each and a MC with 7K. So you are evidently right, depends on your profile with them. Do you have any accts other than the CC?
