USAA Question

For all you USAA experts, I have a question.

I will have had my USAA Platinum card 6 months in June.  I'm hoping for a CLI, but concerned  about the hard pull.  When I got it

in December they pulled EQ.  I have too many inquiries on EQ from when I got my new truck last August.  Didn't realize the dealer

would run a check with everyone and their brother (13 INQs).  Last few cards have been through EX.  Does USAA always do their CLI

hard pull through EQ?

Thanks.  Don't want another hard pull with EQ, so I guess I'll just have to sit on my limit.  Guess my focus should turn to getting 3X CLI on BCE and Everyday.
