I received a letter in the mail that looked like regular advertising, I flipped it over and there was a solid APR of 15.99%, not a range. Is this still considered marketing, or?
Considering my siggy, I doubt I would be eligible for USB.

They pull TU F09. If you were 0/6 with that card you would have a shot - but since your TU reads 7......
