I recently combined 2 of my QS cards. When hitting the luv button the other day, I received the "2-3 day" message.
I received my answer today......no CLI due to my recent limit increase on this account (the result of combining the two cards). will have to wait for the 6 mos to pass.
So......just an FYI......
Good info. Thanks for sharing

Sorry to hear you lost your CLI eligibility, As an FYI, this has been discussed several times in the Capital One card combining megathread.
I am almost certain that it's stated at some point during the combining process that combining limits may make the card ineligible for a credit line increase/changes/something along those lines for 6 months.

Yep! This is clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions:
Yes that also happened to me when I requested a CLI after I just combined one acct. They consider that when you combine an acct to be the same as getting a CLI.

Arrrr just like Barclays sometimes count an account merger as a CLI
