Unsuccessful Cap1 EO attempt

Has anyone ever been unsuccessful with contacting Cap1's EO? I emailed them, got a call back, and they told me I should hear something back within 18 days about my CLI request. Well, I got a letter in the mail stating they couldn't give me a CLI because I haven't had the card long enough basically. I've had the card for about 3 billing cycles now. It kind of sucks because from what I've seen it seems everybody is successful with the EO.

Far from the truth.. Some people say that prior to 6 or 7 months they will see a CLI through the EO, but those are far and few between.. Got to show them history typically first.  Pick up some aspirins if you plan on going fround 2 with them.

I got two clis before my credit steps..

500 to 1000 via EO after verification of income (1 week after card)

Then 1000 to 5000
Hit cli button at 3 months and was denied for account not 6mo old but a month later had a 4000 cli and a letter saying "we saw you requested a cli and we're denied but upon further review we decided to give u a 4000 cli.

I used my card a lot though.. Lots of gifts.. A trip, etc.. Things that aren't every day expenses..

Think I put 20-25k in that 6 months.
