Upcoming Mini App Spree Advice

So here is the rub.  I have a BK7 reporting from 2010 with no other baddies on my EX or TU.  EQ remains dirty as I wait for 4 medical collections to be removed via PFD agreements.  With that said, I'd like to avoid, during my mini app spree, any creditor who pulls EQ primarily.  Unfortunately, AMEX, Chase, and Citibank were all IIB so I'm thinking I should avoid those as well as there's no point in wasting a HP unless someone disagrees.

I'm wondering if any fine folks can provide me advice on any prime creditors with whom I should apply considering the information above?  I've included some data points below if it helps.

Current Scores:

EQ: 670  AAoA - 3.4 years

EX: 706  AAoA - 4.1 years

TU: 721  AAoA - 2.8 years

Current Cards:

Cap1 Q2: 5,500

Credit One: 1,750

Merrick Bank: 1,700

First Premier: 750

Amazon Store: 350

Income > 200K

Pnc bank will pull experian. Very good bank. They value a relationship, not just scores.
Last app 1/2/2017.
In the garden until at least 6/2/2017.

Re: Upcoming Mini App Spree Advice

Barclays (prime lender?) pulls mostly TU; you could also look at CUs that pull TU or EX

Thanks.  I actually have looked at the DB and will be using that as a starting point.  I don't know that I'm interested in BoA.  Barclays seems decent.  I'm most interested in products that will grow with me as my scores improve.  It seems that Barclay's and Discover may be good options at this point.  The Blispay seems like a decent option due to the fact that it seems to be an EX tradeline only.
