I have been actively trying to fix my score my husband's. His score is now in the High 600s to low 700s FINALLY! EQ is 696 TU 702 EX 701. He has 3 capital one accounts, 1 jcrew account, 1 VS account and a loft account. The util reporting is 7%. His last late payment was in June 2014 for a capital one account. He does have a bloomingdales charge off for $228 which I am looking to try to get removed. Are there any cards that he can get?

Nothing, It is against federal law.
Now if you mean what should your husband apply for....
How about an AMEX?
What are the limits on his Cap 1 accounts? I would garden for 6 months, work on getting that baddie off, keep Util on 1 card to 9% or less.
Those scores should go up. I would go with an Amex or Discover...IMO.

Ok good one LOL
Rephase: What should my husband apply for?? LOL
Do you think he has a shot at getting an amex?
2 capital one account are $300 and 1 of them was just increased to $800 today. The other two are in the credit steps program.

How recent is this C/O?
It's from Sept 2014.

Ouch.
Try to do PFD on that. Otherwise that C/O is WAYYY too new for anything worthwhile.

I would say so. Charge cards have been known to have easier underwriting but must be PIF. May be able to app for a revolver too with same HP, but someone else can chime in on that.
