I got SP increase a few weeks ago, on my Overstock card.
My Wayfair received an SP Cli this month, last month, the month before that etc since January.
Well once this died out SP SCT sets in for good, Maybe I'll try the SP/HP CLI thread. Congrats @Adkins @JAG73
This happened to me too. However, this was for VS, Overstock and Wayfair 10 months ago. They did HP for all three. I was mad! But my SL were $250, $300 and $500 respectively and now they are at $2350, $5800 and $8000 after less than a year. So I supposed it was worth the HP.
I forgot to add that all three were HP at the beginning but have all been SP for CLI since. Every 60 days for me. I have a problem with hitting the luv button a lot "just to see" but looking at the CLI for all three accts it's been exactly 60 days and a SP.
I just requested CLI on VS, Wayfair and Overstock last week and got them all on a SP. It might be YMMV....

What is the shopping cart trick?
It’s dead. It used to result in getting soft pull new store cards from stores but they’re all hard pull now.
Only apply for cards you actually will use, padding your wallet with store cards is a terrible way to try to build credit.
Thanks to @FinStar helping a poster who got HP'ed for 3 SCT's. Thought I'd refresh this thread for those that what to make a jump on the SCT bandwagon. If its a Comenity Card. It will be a HP. The change stared around Sept/Oct 2018. So beware. It has basically died out. Havent seen it work since then. CLI's are hit and miss if you have a store card with with that bank. No set DP's. Its a toss up. A few have come on and have been hit with HP's since my last update. So again. Ask yourself is it worth the HP. Good Luck!
