Venture Card application status

My friend applied for a Venture Card on the 10th. He has a fraud alert and got the 7-10 day message. Got a call on the 13th to verify identity. How long does it take for a decision.

American Express: Platinum Charge, Optima, Business Gold, Delta Business Reserve, Business Cash, Business Plus
Barclays: Arrival+ WEMC (Closed)
Capital One: Savor WEMC, Venture X Visa Infinite
Chase: Freedom U Visa Signature, CSR Visa Infinite
Citibank: AAdvantage Platinum WEMC
Elan/US Bank: Fidelity Visa Signature
Credit Union: Cash Back Visa Signature
FICO 08: Score decrease between 26-41 points after auto payoff (11.01.21) FICO as of 12.24, EX: 816 / EQ: 825 / TU: 818

He should be hearing from them really soon. I would tell the friend to call back and ask for the status.

the last time I was approved for Venture, my app got flagged. Someone called me and ask me for to send a copy of my DL to a link they provided via email. Then the next day I was approved.

My friend called and found out he was approved for $20K. Card should arrive by the end of the month.
