They based on Experian, 712 score. too many new accounts and a paid lien from 2010. Ive been w them for 3 years+ now perfect record etc.

Equifax and TU do not have the lien as it was a misfile and closed/corrected within 30 days but experian doesnt seem to be able to update.

No lates no collections

Cap1 is very tough to recon. Infact, they don't really even have a reconsideration dept. I have heard of folks going through the EO with fifty fifty luck.
