Venture X Denial

I'm planning a trip to Mexico City and decided to get a travel card.

I applied for pre-approval for the Venture X but was only shown the VentureOne. Decided to apply anyway, but got denied due to too many recent accounts.

From what I've read, Capital One doesn't offer reconsideration for denials, correct?

Correct approval is computer generated. You can't call customer service to override it.
