I made a CLI request for my VS cc and was given the 7-10 day review message but never received anything in the mail. I went to check my account and noticed an odd “You may qualify for a credit limit increase”. I’ll be honest I have never seen this before in my account info. Normally it says “Request credit limit increase”. Could this be it? I paid off over $2500 in CC debt including my remaining balance on my VS cc and I am wondering if it’s starting to reflect on my reports even though I have not received any FICO notifications. What’s your take? Should I go for it?
There’s no harm in asking for one as it is a SP. Nothing to lose so go for it
Thank you! When putting income, can I include my spouses income?
Yes

Well I went for it and received the dreaded 7-10 day message. Is it possible they need to verify my information?

It’s possible but typically that means a denial. Hope it turns into an approval and if not just try every month
You didn't include in your original message how long you have had your VS account.
It took me about 9 months after opening to get a VS line increase.
