is the Victoria secret card CLI a hard or soft pull?

It is usually a soft pull.  But like all credit cards it is a YMMV thing.

I haven't requested any CLI on my VS card and in 6 months of regular use and PIF it's gone from starting limit of $300 to $950. So you should see some automatic CLI with some use.

Soft pull I went from 250 and 6 months later I'm at 650 😊😊😊

I have one I need to add to my signature.  It was a soft pull for me as well, got with the SCT in December - course, I was legit shopping so hopefully Comenity won't decide to axe me for some silly arbitrary reason.  I needed the undies, okay? HAHAHA

No judgment here (although I almost wish Soma had a credit card). Use it periodically and you'll likely get good increases. I'm 750 to nearly $4k in under two years, Angels Forever card for the second year now, and I've never had a balance over $300 even at Christmas.
