Virgin America app weirdness..

So a week ago was booking tickets on virgin America and got the pre approved pop up for the credit card. I put in all my info and hit submit and it gave me a 5-7 or a 7-10 message. Forgot which one it was but the weird part is I never received anything not even an email. Has anyone had this happen? I find it a little strange I didn't even get an email.

This has happened to me before. Did you go to the sign in page and set up and account? It could have been approved or verification letter will come in 15 days. I was PreApproved before and then got that message. The letter came weeks later stating I couldn't be approved because of a charged off debt. I have a 300 paid charge from 2010. But was approved for the card 30 days later with a cold app. No rhyme or reason to them sometimes.

Been trying the sign in and nothing comes up. Never received any hard pulls on my report yet either according to myfico and credit karma. Debating on submitting a cold app but not sure yet.

Did they ever pull your credit? i have yet to see a hardpull yet or a letter in the mail. I Did get my evine card in the mail today though

When I applied for this card initially the app seemed to go in a black hole. I called in and they had no record of the thing, nor did I get a HP on my credit.

So I signed up for the Virgin site a second time with a different email address, got the preapproval popup and filled it out again. Boom instant approval.

How could we know what you are doing wrong? You did not say how you were doing it.

Are you opted in? Does your credit profile meet the criteria for this card?

This popup does not come until you try to book a flight and get to payment screen if I recall correctly.

Happened to me as well still waiting for the letter, either denial of verification

They never sent me anything about my application or even HP me at all and did that twice. Then a few months later they sent me a pre approval letter in the mail and I used the code it had. Was an instant approval for 5.5K and the best Apr offered and on top of that I never received a HP for that card on any of my reports. Comenity is a little weird.
