Good luck to you too. Not that big of hit either but it still looks like i just applied for credit 2 month ago. Which of course I didn't. I sent letter out today, sent to Daniel Peter Capozzi, who is the Senior Vice President of Credit & Decision Management. Well his office anyway. So technically that's a total of up too 100 days now instead of 90. It def. Wasn't their fault but they should have the names of the people that it happened too and be able to remove them immediately. 3 or 4 months is a ridiculous amount of time. Glad it's teaching you to be patient, wish it was doing the same for me. I don't have that kind of time to wait before going to get preapproval for mortgage, so I'm pretty mad about it. I have a very minimal amount of compassion towards them at this point. We are going to lender either this week or next. They all tell me 90 days. Ugghh.

Yeah, the extra inquiry isn't desirable especially if you're attempting to obtain a mortgage. Luckily I have nothing coming up, then I would have called them everyday just for the inconvenience. Let me know when there's an update!

Well, I got on credit karma today and it said sometime between 06/29 &7/11 an inquiry was removed from your report! Finally!! I was starting to lose hope! It does suck though cause I agree with you, I'm kinda scared to do their preapproval thing again. But I want their card so im sure I will check it first before i actually apply, and hopefully it'll just be one hp. Our house is officially bought so I'm free to apply now!! Cheers!
