I kinda did that yesterday with a creditor who did an unauthorized EQ pull! She tried to get rude and I went OFF and slammed the phone down real hard. It made me feel better for about 5...nah....3 seconds. Then I was mad all over again.

Ok so chase is now looking at him many cards you've opened. That was the reason for my decline (too much available credit). I totally get that. Now on to a supervisor to complain about Ms. Tanisha's lack of professionalism
