Just out of curiosity, why did you want the Slate anyway? Were you planning on doing a balance transfer? I doubt if they would have given you a high starting limit because I've yet to see one on that particular card. That's one of the main reasons I never app-ed for it.

Agreed.. You have 30 days to recon and I'd keep calling until I am threaten as warning won't get me to stop...  Cool off if you want this weekend and plan a way to go about it and then hit it on Monday...
