Interesting with all the Synch cards I have when it gives that message its always been a denial in a letter that shows up in about a week. Chevron, WM, World Market, JCP.

I also went from 400(Wally) and 700(Amazon) to 3500 via chat. Had asked for 5K, But they countered.
BTW, There was no CLI's of any kind since I opened these cards for 2 yrs. I guess my score finally had gone up and it did.
