Does anyone know the requirements for the Walmart MC? Low UTIL but lots of new accounts this spring (mostly Comenity). Two voluntarily dismissed BK's from 2011 and 2012 but otherwise clean report. I currently have no Synchrony accounts. Thanks!

Probably need a score at 700 or above. There may have been some rare instances when someone got one under 700, but most times 700 is the threshold.
Here's how the app process works for Walmart
Everyone that applies, applies for the Mc version
If you don't meet the criteria for that card you're automatically considered for the store card
Don't want you to be disappointed if approved but not for the Mc version

since you don't have any Sync cards and Walmart gets free TU Fico and it's so easy to get quick and large CLI I would say it's a worthwhile card to apply either way. I had $10k limit on store card and recently got the MC version.
I just reviewed my credit reports from early May 2015 when I was approved for my Walmart Sync card. At the time I applied for the card, I had multiple open collection accounts, a 30 day late that was one year old, three closed accounts in good standing from almost 8-10 yrs ago, several inquires, and NO Experian FICO score.
I was approved for $600. It reported almost immediately after approval and I believe my newly minted FICO score was 635.
It was the 2nd account I opened. The secured Cap 1 card I opened shortly before Walmart hadn't reported to the CRAs yet. That is my experience. I don't regret getting the Walmart store card.
Thank you guys so much for the replies. I feel pretty confident I could get approved for the Walmart store card, I just was hoping to get the MasterCard because those are more useful in any situation. This said, I'd be happy with the store card as well. I have some card payments due this weekend so I'm going to wait until those payments post to my reports by the end of the month and try after that.

Good luck and be sure to come back and post your results when you pull the trigger...

Now, the sams MC, that one is worth the climb and the forbearance
Yep... it was my most recent CC app over a year ago... and an excellent card.
TU was in the 670 range with a discharged Ch 13 reporting at the time. No collections or CO's.
