Want to apply and right now I'm 2/6 new accounts but next month I'll be 0/6. Would it matter that much to apply now? I'm pre-approved on capital one website. I spend about $250/mo on Walmart grocery pickup.
If the Quicksilver card in your signature is part of that 2/6 then yes it does matter since Capital One only allows one application every six months. If not then the only reason to wait is to improve your utilization to see if you can squeeze another couple of points since they'll pull all three bureaus. Assuming your signature is up-to-date then I think you stand a good chance of getting approved
I don't know if 6 months is meaningful treshold for Cap One when it comes to new accounts.
I would imagine (just like with most lenders), longer you wait, better the approval terms, but again, not sure if a single month would change anything
Sorry guys just updated my sig. 2 recent cards I got 5 months ago weren't in it. The chase freedom flex I have has a $3,200 limit and Amazon Prime Store Card has $5,400. I have 1 year 7 months of credit card history. Right now I am at 1% utilization so my scores are maxed out at the best possible utilization.
Then as @Remedios said not much of a difference to wait another month if your reports are as good as you're going to get them
