Was it really a denial?

My 6th statement posted recently on my FNBO Evergreen, and my FICO 9 refreshed on 7/9/2022 to 782 from 770.  So I called and asked if I was eligible for a sp cli request.  Operator said yes and placed me on hold.  Came back as quickly as she put me on hold and said that they would need to do a hp.  I declined because my reports are frozen and I do not want an inquiry as my credit has been rising steadily.

Opened on Jan 13th this year.  Exp F8 706 at time of approval.  As of today Exp F8 is 755 and Exp F9 is 782.

No, you weren't declined....instead you're not eligible for a SP CLI. It doesn't always work the same for everyone at the same timeframe.

Does FNBO pull EX8 or EX9 and is it classic or bankcard version?   Thanks.

Re: Was it really a denial?

Not OP but I also have an FNBO Evergreen: When I select the "FICO Score" button in my FNBO mobile app, it tells me that the score it shows is my "FICO Bankcard Score 9, pulled on <date> from Experian".

Re: Was it really a denial?

Nope the first time I called to ask if there was a soft pull cli available and I was informed I called 9 days early. On the 10th day I called back and asked again and they said I had one available and increased me.
