I faxed them the two stubs since I did not want to waste a HP. They updated application to 'being reviewed' when I called back the auto line that afternoon and I was approved by the next evening. I was expecting it since I've never heard of a bank denying you a card if they go to the trouble to request POI (unless you were not truthful in your app). They gave me only a 4k limit, which I find half laughable, half insulting though...
