Westgate credit card application question

Hi everybody my dad applied for Westgate resort credit card and its with comenity bank and he forget that his bureaus are frozen. At the end it pop up under review no hard pull on any bureaus
Should he call them ?

There's likely a couple of outcomes on the frozen CRs scenario. There's a possibility that Comenity will send out correspondence to reprocess the application with next steps. Otherwise, it will be a standard decline due to the frozen CRs/unable to access CR file. Your dad can reapply if the latter is the outcome. He just needs to have his CRs unfrozen before he submits the application.

He most likely will receive a letter asking him to unfreeze his accounts and to call them once done. He'll have an app ref number he can then pass on to the csr.
