What Do The Creditor See On Report When Applying?

Just curious to know what do creditor see when I apply for a card. Do they see CL and Utilization for each credit line or just the overall Utlization of all cards combined? The reason I ask is that my Discover statement usually report to the CRA around the 18th. It's currently have 35% Utilization from the last statement. It's all paid off and at $0 balance.

Currently overall is 3.6% but rounded up to 4% for all cards. Should I worry or just go ahead and apply for cards this weekend? Looking to get the CSP and Freedom this weekend or week, and the Amex SPG near the end of the month. This way I could get some leeway to hit the bonus requirements for both cards, $7000/3 months.

EX and TU are up-to-date with cleaned record. My only hope is that Chase doesn't pull EQ... From applying last year for the Chase Amazon, it only shows up in EX.

They see your entire report. All accounts, all balances. I would wait till your reports update to maximize chances. Also, Chase can sometimes double pull EX *and* EQ.
