What are My Changes of Approval for the AMEX PRG?

I got approved for 4 (2 at first day and the other 2 3 days later) amex cards with about 1.5 years Credit history and at the time a 686 fico on EX you should be fine. but check if your hesitant. Also if you apply and get approved for the PRG, apply for the everyday or some regular credit card for the 2 for 1 HP.

Just applied, and was given the: "Thanks. We've received your application, but we can't give you a decision right now. We'll process your application as soon as possible and send you a letter informing you of our decision within 14 days."

Any idea what this actually means? Was I denied outright?

Your income may be a factor.  But this wasn't an instant denial.  I know amex can be weird with addresses, so if you put your dorm address or something they might not know who you are.  Keep an eye on your email  They usually send an email with it.  It may just be a verification call.
