What are my chances with PenFed

I have been around the forums for awhile now, I joined PenFed back in 2014 and was approved for membership, at that time I applied for one of the credit cards and was turned for pyramiding. So I have seen that they are handing out some big credit lines really would like to try again. Do I have a chance?
