What gives with PENFED Applications?

Applied for PENFED POWER CASH REWARDS VISA SIGNATURE® CARD  10/17 and saw the following message - 

Conditionally Approved

What's next?

Your application is approved provided you satisfy some additional conditions.
We'll send you the details by [mail or email] on what you'll need to do in order to receive your card.

Does anyone have any idea what this is likely to be? No email or snail mail as off today *shrugs*

@Mr_Blobby -- it could be either or both as mentioned above.

If they sent something via snail mail, then it's possible it hasn't reached you yet. Otherwise, check your email's spam folder just in case it got flagged for some reason.

Alternatively, you can reach out to them on Monday to let them know that you haven't received any requests and whether they can re-send the information or if they can share what they need to continue the processing of your pending application.

I can't really think of a suitable reply other than - What? lol That is just plain weird

Same thing happened to me, I had to sign a CC disclousure form they sent by snail mail received my card a week later. On my log in page it still says condionally approved. lol even though the card is activated and ive ran it a few times already.

As promised it is update time!

No e mail no snail mail so I called them this morning and spoke with a very nice young lady who didnt know why either lol

She put me hold while she had her supervisor do whatever it is supervisors do and a few minutes later informed me that it was all taken care off and I will receive the card in the mail.

For those who like DP. I have next to no banking relationship with them, $10 sitting in a savings account for a couple of years. No Proof of Income was required.  They did a hard pull on Equifax which shows 676. SL $7,500
