In that case, you may first pull your EX to see what you have. You may want to post questions here then if you need any advice .If all is good, I think you should be fine after 30 days. Please note that it will be another HP regardless as it is your first AMEX.

OP, stop applying to any more credit cards !!

Why are you taking in 10 inquiries when your credit file hasn't even reached 6 months?

Get off the app spree, let your cards age for 6 months, then think about new apps. 

Now you're getting denied for no FICO. When the first FICO is generated, you'll be denied for too many inquiries. Not a good path.
