What should I app for next?

Hello all, been lurking for the past couple months as I work on rebuilding from an over extension of myself during my college years, thought it's time to make a post!

My credit background:
4 collections, all credit cards, open, 5 years old, dropping off early 2017.. College..

Student loans, 5 late payments on one of them from more than 2 years ago, other than that I've been good.

Current credit cards: Credit one (I know, I know) opened in late October, 2014, $500 limit

Cap One QS1 Opened November 3rd, 2014 with $1000 SL, LUV button to $3000 a couple weeks ago, Credit Steps next month.

Cap One QS1, opened in December as a Platinum with $1000 SL, PCed and LUVED a couple weeks ago to $2500

Denied Barclay Rewards Mastercard in December as they wanted to see more rebuilding on my end with the new cards, didn't even talk much about the old collections as they are from 5 years ago.

Got an Auto Loan through Cap One Auto Finance (Dealer Pull and app) at the end of March with my fiance. Has yet to report. First payment May 1st.

Scores across all three bureaus are mid 650's.

Do you think I should try again for the Barclay card? I'm sure I'd have to recon, but think I could be ok based off what I've read on the forums.

I really would like the Venture for use towards my honeymoon this summer, just not sure if I am ready to qualify for that yet (I haven't prequaled for it, but my other Cap One cards also said No Results found. I've seen some great SL's and with the 40,000 bonus miles it'd be perfect for honeymoon use.

Current salary is $46K.

I'm sorry this is so long! I appreciate any and all advice I can get.

Try for the BBVA NBA Amex. I read the minimum score for approval is 630 and a lot of people are getting approved with very nice SLs. Also, unlike the Venture, they give you 0% APR for 6 months. Venture has very generous SLs but not sure what's the minimum score they require. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
