What should be my next card?

Current TU is 628, credit has dramatically increased over the past 6 months thanks to this board! Looking for some input on what cards I should apply for next, I have had very good success with Capital One im not sure if my car loan being through them helps out or not. I have not recieved any offers in the mail. Really appreciate any and all feedback thanks!

Cap One Platinum - $300

Guitar Center (Cap One) - $900

Cap One Quicksilver - $1000

Barclays Rewards - Denied

Garden. 6 months is great. You've done a great job. Give it a year and your score should raise even more. Once you hit the 700 mark you have a lot more options!

Out of all of those, Amazon would be the best one IMO. It's grown quite quickly for me and I've gotten some of biggest CLIs on it too.

Wal-Mart is good mainly for the FICO score so I think the OP should get that one as well.

Tradelines: Macy’s - $18k, Penfed Power Cash Rewards - $10k, Ethan Allen (TD Bank) - $5.7k, Kay Jewelers - $5.5k, Appliances Connection - $5.3k, Jared - $5.25k, Best Buy (Citi) - $5k, Dell Preferred Account - $3.5k, Samsung - $3.2k, Firestone CFNA - $3.2k, Capital One Platinum - $3k, Mercury MC - $2.25k, Williams Sonoma - $2.1k, Wayfair (Fortiva) - $2k, Amazon Store Card - $1.8k, Apple Card - $1.7k, NFCU cashRewards - $1.5k, CareCredit - $1.5k, B&H Photo - $1.5k, Adorama - $1.25k, Ebay MC - $1k, Sam’s Club MC - $1k, American Eagle - $1k, Ollo MC - $600, Mission Lane Visa - $500, NY & Company - $500, Walgreens - $500, Home Depot - $500, Target RED Card - $500, CapOne Secured MC 0 AF - $500, Penfed Overdraft LOC - $500

Current FICOS: Mid 640s-50s on all reports, Ch 7 BK D/C Aug 2019
Starting scores: EX - 534, EQ - 574, TU - 516 | Total TLs: $91k approx | Total Utilization: 17%, getting this back down

I would say Discover It. I think you shouldn't have a problem getting approved.

With a credit score of 628, I think you will have a hard time getting an unsecured Discover/Barclays.  In fact, most of the general credit VISA/MC's are probably out of your reach especially with only 6 months rebuild.

My advice, go with CardAddict's advice and pick up a Walmart/Amazon if you shop there...especially with the free TU FICO score from Walmart

Don't waste your HP's on the "REAL" credit cards just yet, most likely a denial.

Store cards and the "Shopping Cart Trick" are your best friends right now.  After gettings those, garden 6 more months and fix your baddies.

1) Go for a few SCT cards

2) Then App for Walmart/Amazon right after the SCT ones are approved
