hOk this week I will be getting my new Quick silver mc which changing from the Walmart mc, the credit limit is 19K. I all ready have a Quick silver with 4700 limit. I called up Capital one and ask if I have any offers to change my new capital one Quick silver to any other card and was told that I could product change to the Savor creditcard with no account number change and keep the 19K limit with 3% on groceries, dining out and and entertantmment. Is this a good offer what would you guys do thank you.
The question is, do you or would you use this credit card for groceries, dining out Internet/streaming services or would you use it more for something else? If something else, why change? I did the change to Savor because I charged all my Internet and streaming services to the card for the 3% Cash back. Now that I have a Max Cash Preferred I really don't need it, but I keep the small streaming service purchases (Netflix, basic Hulu/Disney+/HBO) on it to keep it alive. Internet and YouTube TV go on the Mac Cash Preferred. I will also do some dining out on it. Basically I'm saying look at how you would use it and where the benefit lies for you. It should go unsaid to never carry a balance on this due to the interest rate.
Up date, went through with the product change to the Savor it was very easy to do. Will use it for groceries.
