What was your CLI with capital one steps

That's what I expected to happen, but it didn't.

Just went through my old C1 documents online and it's not there. Not too worried about it. I guess they sprung a leak somewhere.

I didn't receive any letter giving the CLI. All I got was an insert when I first opened the card saying that if I made the first five or six payments on-time then I would receive a CLI. It didn't say what the CLI would be.

I didn't even receive notification that the CLI had happened. The only time I knew was when CreditKarma emailed me to say there had been a change on my credit profile.

I contacted C1's EO a week ago asking for a CLI on my newly-PC'd Quicksilver. No response as of yet.

Exactly. Not physical letter. Email. Saying new document. Logged in. Read document. It told me of steps band how much it would be. Thank god I did not get the 250 they promised. When it came time. They said. You deserve more. So how about 3k. They said. If that was too much to let them know. Really. I just laughed.

I did actually receive a call back from the EO half an hour ago. A nice lady took all of my details and asked how much I would like the CLI to be. I figured the average of my other cards was about $5,000, so asked for that. She said "will you take a partial increase?" and I said sure.

She said she's sending my request and information to their credit department and should hear something in a few days. She did emphasise that it will be an SP, so this request won't affect my credit score.

Cli on Platinum went from $750 limit to $3750.It was automatic. Right at 5 months. Got preapproved the following month for Quicksilver with a $2000 limit. Also have a car loan with them.

Yes the luv button is the link online where you ca request a CLI.

I requested mine after 4 months with the platinum card and 3 months with the QS1 card

I went from 500-> 7500 in 6 months but it was from multiple cli's

initial CLI: 500

2 weeks later via EO -> 500 CLI (1000 limit)

2 months later luv button denied

1 week later letter saying "we saw you requested a cli and were denied but upon research decided to give you a 4000 increase) (5000 limit)

credit steps cli @ 6 months 500 (5500 limit)

1 week later luv button denied

same day "chat" with online rep asked them to manually review

1 week later another 2000 cli (new/current limit 7500)

Platinum and Quicksilver here:

Both started at $300, and both went to $500 at the end of the credit steps program. No increases before and no increases since.

Started with no AF Cap One Platinum MC with $500.

Credit steps to $2,000 in 6th month.

PC to QuickSilver MC (platinum) in 12th month.

EO increase to $4,000 in 15th month.

EO increase to $6,000 in 21st month.
