When I ask for a CLI?

When I request a CLI through the Capital One website, does it matter if I put anything in the amount of charges box?

 

I've seen some posts where people said they put in really big numbers.....I have run about 3500 a month through the card so far.

I don't think it really matters. I never put anything down.
