Is Alliant's max credit card limit $25K or does anyone know if it goes up to a $50K limit like PenFed and NFCU (minus Flagship Visa that has a $80K limit) or NASA's $30K limit.?
CL, the max is 25K, which is understood considering they are half the size of PF

Wow...that's amazing. I'm working hard to get to that point one day.
my first was this month. SL of 25K, APR 8.24% at the time my F8 scores were across the board in 790's. my income supports the card north of 95K
Only advice I have is take your time. Its not really a race. I have 4 cards. Across those cards I have a limit of 74k. I'm good with that, its enough for me. If I get gift CLI I'll take it though . But I started off after the bk really small. like 900 SL small... I took the time to grow with my cards and baby the limits. and I learned to use cash very effectively, and O learned to pay off the cards more than a few times a month. I had the income sure but when you come back from something catastrophically wrecking like a BK, you do well to take to heart what got you there in the first place. I couldn't really build until the bk fell off across all the CB's, which was 2012-2013.
So I keep exposure low. Some don't but I do. I don't do app sprees, I feel thats not actually being responsible for someone with my past history. I use my cards responsibly and only when I know I can pay them off...not that i do, it tanks my scores but i certainly could if I needed to. I had to loosen up and not go into a tailspin when I used my cc's. Some of us go the other direction I guess...lol.
How it works for me works for me, but may not for someone else as they may have different goals. I think some of us have similar goals but not exctly the same ones.

+ 1 It is not a race and you do have to wait until your reports are clean, or almost clean. While high CL's are very nice, I would not use my cc's different if I had half the limits.
