Alright, I've been gardening for the US Bank Cash plus and I think I might be ready to pull the trigger.
I can either:
apply on 12/16, as I will be 0/6(1/12) for new accounts on 12/7 (I want to give it a week so it is 100% clear that I'm only 1/6).
OR
I have a large chunk of money coming in at the end of the year and could use it to improve my profile, if I hold off until January 4th to apply (This date may shift a little later depending on when the results of my big windfall report).
OR
Wait until I'm 0/12 for new accounts in April of 21?
I've had checking/savings/ brokerage accounts with US Bank since 12/20/19 (I've run about $120k through the checking account, have $2k in savings and $25k in Brokerage).
I've listed my pertinent stats below.
Please take a look and give me your opinion. Should I go for it on 12/16/20, hold off until 1/4/21 or hold off until April of 21?

edit: thanks @Anonymous
edit: March to April (thanks again @Anonymous )
Wait until March.
I agree with waiting until March. It's not that far away and why take a risk of a denial or a small limit? Also, you wrote 10/12 for new accounts for 3/20
Thanks, @Anonymous ! Fixed it!
Hey, weren't you due to app for the Cash plus around now?

I decided to wait until April. I want to hit 0/12 before I go for it.

With those scores, length of time you've had USB banking accounts, and amount of $$$ through the account I think you can apply anytime and be approved with a nice SL.
I was approved for Cash+ last March with a $5k SL. They pulled TU for me here in AZ, TU Fico8 was around 732 then, and I'd only had USB banking accounts for a few months, and just for their bank account SUB bonus. I was 3/12 at the time, but 1 (Amex) hadn't reported yet. I've had US Bank accounts before for a bonus and don't care for their online banking interface.
BTW, I had apparent fraud charges on my Cash+ this week, the first time I've had CC fraud charges in several years. I got an automated call asking me to confirm or deny 3 recent charges - my T-Moble account and 2 from Amazon. I don't shop Amazon so those were fraud, but the automated call only gave me a choice to approve or deny all 3, so not wanting to mess up my T-Moble account with a reversed charge I hung up and called the # on the back of the card. Took me about 15 minutes to get through to the fraud dept. which promptly took care of things and overnighting me a new card supposed to arrive Monday.
So, pretty good service but they need to give a choice of which charges to deny on their automated system.
You're probably fine now. April obviously would have higher chances.
US Bank is supposed to pull to EQ for me in TX but they pulled EX.
Thanks @DaveInAZ , and sorry to hear about the fraud mess! Any idea how someone got your card number to use on Amazon?
Well @Anonymous , you're just going to make me edit my whole post aren't you!?!
I was thinking my AOD Visa was opened in March, but when you said April, I went back and double checked!
