Re: When should I apply for Vantage?

I'm not in any hurry to app, just want to know when I should app and learn a bit more about the scores required and which scores to look at. At this point I'm just going to wait for the magic prequalify to show. I think Cap1 is just doing a SP when you check for a prequal and that's why it's so accurate on your success. Just a guess.

thanks for clearing up the Fico04 mystery for me Taxi. You have to admit it's not very intuitive to call a TU04, but it's a Beacon 5 or a score 2 on another CB. No wonder we need a community of people to figure it out lol.

Back to the garden. I'll just keep my UTI low, pay more then the minimum on my installment (auto and student) and wait for it to come to me. I'll see if this CA will give me a PFD on the bill. It was a PGE acct I started to help an ex gf and she burned me five years later. I never lived there, but I consigned it.

I have 3b monitoring now. Ive had it for over a year but for the life of me i cant see anything besides fico8 scores. Do i really have to upgrade to 3b ultimate just to see them? Or will they be available when i get my yearly reports? Sucks its like a punishment for being a customer for longer, whereas new customers get them all.

Or am i I just crazy and theyre somehow there? I dont see the page taxi mentioned above. Even on full desktop site, it brings me the my mobile dashboard it seems.

Sorry if i shouldve made a new post... Im asking here because i also want to app for venture.  Thanks op

You can see them with myFico 3B monitoring, you just need to click on the "Scores" tab at the very top of the page.

I've only ever used my desktop to access it, so I'm not sure if it's different from a phone. When you're on your dashboard page, if you look at the very top you will see tabs for "Dashboard" then "Alerts" then "Scores" then "Reports" then "Community" and then "More"... and to be honest they don't really look like tabs, they just look like words (until you click on them I guess).

Re: When should I apply for Venture?

Mmm still not working. I click scores at the top and it just shows my fico 8 with 3b monitoring at the side.

I think it may be because i last got a report 10/2104 and other scores weren't available then. Gonna have to wait until 10/15 to see them.

Maybe ill message or call myfico to ask too. Thank you for your help though

Ahh that could be it, I think the other scores thing is fairly new, so next 3B report update should do the trick. It wouldn't hurt to message them just to be sure.

I think the wait will probably pay off for you in a bigger SL and better rate when it happens. You may end up with a 10 or 15K approval when it happens by waiting just a bit. I was impatient but I'm still happy with my 5K approval. I just happened to pull up CCT today and saw I had a 31 point jump on my EX score. Was added as an AU on a 38 year old BoA high CL Visa and it almost doubled my AAoA back to the 5 year mark where I was  before I started opening new accounts. I expect I'll see a nice boost on EQ and TU as well when it reports there. Almost wish I'd waited another week or two. Sounds like you've got a good game plan and you're almost there. It will happen soon enough. If you can knock out that CA via PFD you'll probably see a nice boost as well. Funny how ex gf's can burn you huh? My last baddie that is scheduled to come off in 11/16 is charged off auto loan with my ex gf. If it weren't for that I'd be three months away from spotless reports.

Re: When should I apply for Venture?

Yeah I agree. I actually hired Lexington Law Firm today to handle the baddies. As it turns out, in my CH7 I have 14 baddies that show that I owe $0 and the status is Paid but they report as delinquent. That's what is holding my scores up. Lexington thinks they can clear the report in 90 days. So just paying them to handle it and by the time I app in Jan I should be over 700. Hoping that waiting gets me that 10-15k starting limit based on my income and low UTI. So I'll just stay in the garden a few months and wait for things to take their natural course.

Re: When should I apply for Venture?

My scores are below and I was denied yesterday, I already have the QS1 ($3k)and immediatley after I was denied for the Venture I hit the luv button and was given $4500 on the QS1 I had. I will garden and try back in a year, I recently added the QS1 and Platinum in June, a new Chase Freedom and the a new car loan wth Cap One, I need to sit down.
