I have had this card open 5 months, the 6th statement will cut tomorrow. I have spent about 20-25k in those six months, carried a balance maybe two months but PIF the following month. current balance is 150.00 and the CL is 6k
I asked for a CLI last month with frozen reports and the denial reason was there is not enough history on the account to approve the increase.
How many months should I wait to ask for another increase ?
Thank you!
6 months from the approval date, regardless of how much $$ you've run through it.
Comenity credit cards give CLI eligibility every 6 months.

Actually, it depends @rostrow416 -- can't really cite that as an absolute since it varies.
Comenity V/MC can be eligible for the first CLI after (or around) the 6-month mark if a CLI wasn't available upon activation -- depends on the card. Thereafter, every 4 months or so depending on overall profile. Comenity store cards follow a different drum. Some can be eligible and obtain a CLI upon activation, even as little as the first ~4 months. Thereafter, it can very from 3 months to 6 depending on the actual CC.

I asked at 6 months , was granted it . A month later I got an auto cli of an additional 1000. The first one was 800. But I tried at 4 months no dice.

I wouldn't even dare mess with a Comenity Major like that at "activation" in this environment. Poking bears and suches.
"Thank you Sir, I'll be running along now..."
Would this be a HP or SP ? Which credit bureau(s) ?
The love button appeared when I registered my card at the online site so I tried and got the "3 day" message.
SL WAS $2k

If you submitted the request online or through the automated system, then it's typically SP. Comenity usually checks EQ or EX. If you see no movement within the next 48-72 hours, the request was declined.
