I received my last increase from AMEX on 9/27/2015, and I'm not sure how to proceed with my next request.
I have the following cards:
Delta $15,000 - Received 3x CLI from $5000 on 9/27
ED - $1,000 - Got card on 11/11
Should I try to get a bigger limit on the Delta, or try to increase the ED to $3000.
With the $1,000 limit I received on the ED, not sure if I've reached some internal limit with AMEX, and I still have a few baddies on my credit report.

I would try for the CLI on the EDP card and start building up the limit on that one. $15K is plenty on the Delta.
If it were me, I would work on the ED.
Don't mean to hijack your thread OP, just want to ask if will it matter if the internal FICO score from Amex changed will it be a good resaon for denial for 3x CLI? Goodluck by the way OP
Whst was your Ex score within 30 days prior to your last cli? You may want to wait till your score is over 700 about 4-5 weeks before you try for the cli for best results.
