It seems that Chase, AMEX, and other CC issuers disproportionally pull EX in California. So my EX always has a lot more inquiries than either TU or EQ. As a consequence, my EX score always seems to be lower than either TU or EQ...
Does anyone know which card issuers commonly pull TU and/or EQ in California? I realize there are regional differences: The same CC issuer may pull different bureaus in different places around the country.

Synchrony Bank pulls TU. I apped and approved for Marvel, Lowes and Care credit and got all TU pulled. Goodluck
For me (I'm in northern CA) Citi retail pulls EQ, Barclay pulls TU, US Bank pulls TU, Synchrony USUALLY pulls TU but pulled EX on a couple for me. Everyone else seems to want EX
If you google Credit Pulls you can see who applied for credit for each card and what their locations are. Might be helpful to see what agency pulled which CRA for California down to the city they're in.

+1
I wish there were more T/U pullers but not so much, especially of this side of the country.
T/U is based in home sweet childhood home Chicago, so they get more love in the MidWest and are much younger than EQ
so those 'old boy networks' grease who gets what and CHANGE does not come even where near fast.
