There's also benefit of aging together. Only one hit at once.
That's how I did my last 2 apps for CFU & PPMC 9 months ago. Looking to do it again for US Bank Cash+ & Penfed Powercash Rewards in August. Leave it to me to choose one of the 2 toughest banks & CUs to get into 😝
As far as inq's disco usually pulls ex while usb usually pulls tu depending on where you live so you could fire away with little worry.
the only word of caution is disco has been taking AA for income not matching up, for example ....... I get 30-35k a year in untaxable money my base pay is 52k and I get travel time, delay pay when applicable blah blah blah. My income as reported to the irs is 52k and disco shut me down for basically "inflating" my pay by 30k.
Sooo all that to say make sure your reported income matches what is reported to "the work number" (search it) and / or the IRS.
If paypal is still one of your goal cards I would app for it also. But I am probably pretty agressive.
I picked mine up when I had a relitively thin file. It's 2% cash back on everything. Partners nicely with Disco's rotating categories.
I believe when I apped for it I did 3 apps in a 2 day period. Now I'm smarter.
I have done as many as 3 apps in a day.
Let me rephrase, maybe not smarter, just more agressive.
It will sting your score a bit. but after several months they will add to your score.
For example I got 3 cards in one day in Febuary. Because I have a thick file when they hit my Credit report ibetween the HP and new accts it dropped 5 points. But in a couple of months my score will recover.

Congrats on your new cards.
