I went to the Capital One pre qualified site and saw that I do have 3 offers.
I am wanting to balance transfer my Sam's Club card and one other smaller balance. Total would be around $5,000. I would pay this off by October '15.
The offers are:
Quick Silver, 0% January '16, 17. 9% thereafter. Earn $100 after spending $500. 3% transfer fee, 0% until Jan '16. 17.9% after.
OR
Venture, Earn 40,000 bonus miles after speding $3,000 in first 3 months (not a problem as we are going to Alaska in June), Annual Fee of $59 after first year.
OR
Plantnum Prestige, 0% until July '16, 15.9% after, 0% on transfers until July '16 after that 3% fee and 15.9%
Which card would give me the highest limit? I do travel a fair amount if that matters.
My scores as of this morning: EQ 715, TU 685, EX 715. I am expecting them to go up just slightly yet this week as I have two cards that reported last month that are now at zero. Should update today and Wednesday.

I think your highest limit would be with venture!
Agreed. If I got 15k with my "fair" credit profile, then OP should get at least that. CapOne seems to be going CL crazy recently with the Venture.
If I applied for 2 Cap One cards would they use the same pull or would it be 6 pulls? I know they tripple pull which sucks. I was thinking the Venture to get a high limit card and a Quick Silver for the balance transfer and point.
Thanks!
Platinum Prestige for the BT offer and Venture because you will get a huge limit and Cap1 will give you 2 cards on same pulls in same day!
Do you think I have a fair shot at a high limit with the Venture with my scores? I have one card with them already at a lousy $1,000. I also have a Menards card through them with a $3,000 limit. Cards have always been in good standing. My AAoA is not very high though. All my cards are 24 months or less. I have a 15 year student loan. EX and EQ are perfect files with no negatives. TU has 2 paid 5 year old negatives (not mine but apparently TU says they verified that my Ex-husbands bills are mine).
I am thinking of apping on Friday when all the updates should be done. I need to app before the first as 2 cards I put car repairs on - I can pay off but will balance transfer the other one along with my Sam's bill. The Venture would be great for my upcoming trip to Alaska. We have the trip paid in full except for a couple extra things we will be doing. I am always afraid of putting too much on a card as it will look like it is maxed.
Venture is $5k Minimum but I'm not sure I have seen less than $10k approved... Venture One is $3k or more but I personally got $5k.
I nominate Venture for an easy 10K SL. If you can get a use out of the travel bonuses at all then that is definately the card you should go for.
Oh - I am getting the itchy finger to apply for the Venture and Prestige..... One account updated on TU... bumped my score to 688. I really need to ignore the itchey fingers until Friday when all the others will be updated. At that point 2 of 15 cards will be reporting balances..... Hoping for a miracle to get TU in the 700 range before I app.
Will they deny me due to my AAoA being low? My average age is only 2 years. I am pre qualified on the Capital One site - whatever that means.
