Does not matter that you are in NC. but to give you general answer. Barclays and most Synchrony will pull Tu. not 100 percent of time but over 90 percent. and looking at your scores. you may have a chance for the barclays rewards. which is that range. or like walmart or any other synch store card. good luck.
