Why am i so not surprise by Capital One

Ok so like most of you i joined in on the Venture run, when? back in Feb or so? and was approved with Venture Rewards plus a Quicksilver Visa.

Every so often since then i pick on 2 PreQual Sites just to check out because they seem to be the most active right now. They are Chase & Capital One where their respective preapprovals are pretty much golden when you apply.

Chase WAS showing for the longest time for me that i was prequalified for Slate BT card w/FICO score but i don't really want the meh limit yet because i already know i would have to move some limit from the CSP over to it IF i wanted to use it for a BT, which i don't right now. But last night nothing was showing for Chase for the first time in a long while.

However, when checking Capital One it is showing this

Just tried it on my end and I'm prequalified for the QS, Venture and V1. Lol go figure

I'm wondering if I could be pre-qualified for the venture and QS after my QS1 and platinum in credit steps finish in July. I also have the secured since November. I guess I'm at the cap for their lower tier cards because it hasn't shown anything on the pre-qual site now for some time.
