Congratulations on your success! I just wanted to point out what might be a flaw in your decision-making process (for future). You said you only applied because of the prequal that was showing for both cards, a lot of times prequals use out-dated soft-pulls that aren't yet aware of your recent inquiries, lines of credit and the like. I've seen on these forums before where one was denied even though CreditKarma showed they had a "Very Good" chance of getting said card. The issue was he had just recently gotten multiple other cards, not all of which CreditKarma had info yet. Don't always trust prequals is all i'm saying.

Thanks! SecretAzure. I've read here in the forum that a prequal at the CapOne site is almost as good as an approval. So that's why I went for the first card. I don't put much store in the CK recommendations or FAKO scores except to watch their up-down movement. I like CK for the frequent alerts and updates re the CR.
Yes, I will be in the garden but I'm afraid I'll spend my most of my time there hacking away at some nasty weeds first. I wanted to plant these good seeds before the "dirt starts to fly" as I tackle some baddies. Make room for me, will you?
Plenty of room! I use CK the same way, a guide/monitor. Hope you get rid of all those nasty weeds soon!

Not true...I did back to back apps for Venture and QS, approved for both within 5 min of each other. Did it again 45 days later
What were your stats pizza1 and what cards (45 days later) did you get with limits?

1st round was on 02/06/15 ,Venture and QS Siggy each for $10k. and actually looking at my CC sheet my 2nd round was 35 days later on 03/21/15... 2 nd round was Venture for $15k, and QS Siggy for $5k
