Would Citi give me this bonus?

I had a Dividend card which I converted to a Rewards+ card more than a year ago. Later I opened a Custom Cash, more than a year ago. I also had some other history with them.

Since I never got a signup bonus for the Rewards+ card before, can I now? First I would convert my existing Rewards+ to something else. Preferrably Custom Cash if that is allowed.

not seeing anything other than a 48 month rule for having gotten the bonus, not for just having the card

This is my 2nd Custom Cash Card via PC.
