Chase can't count what it doesn't see; so if your Apple card hasn't yet reported to the credit bureaus it can't be counted under the 5/24 rule.
That said, your credit profile appears to be very young and thin so its unlikely that Chase will approve you.
This is one of the reasons Chase pulls your report again in a couple of weeks.
Your Apple Card will start to report in 6-7 days. Statements close the last day of the month according to Apple.

So my Apple Card has still yet to report, and even show up as an inquiry as well. Would that mean that technically I am at 4/24? Could I hypothetically apply for a Chase Card and acquire a card? If so, what if my Apple Card eventually reports? Would Chase close the account?
Yes, you’re “technically” 5/24; and yes, Chase may close you down when it does its next SP review. Of course, YMMV, depending on your overall credit profile.
