they arent reconsidering previous applications at this time and they dont respond to emails for such.

Apply with a different email and then it shouldn't be a problem. 

That's what I've done with several card applications when they try saying I can only apply once and it works like a charm lol

@Secretchipmunk7 - for some reason (although I can't find the older thread now), I was under the impression that even if one switched emails to apply, X1 still retained all the other info from previous app attempts, such as applicants name, SS#, income, etc.
