Do they have ANY type of human customer service? My app was declined without connecting any accounts and seemingly mid-process, and I cannot move forward or back, even asking for a new code doesn't work since it is tied to my cell phone.

Sounds like you were declined based on your application do you have any DP you could share? The first step was stating your income and providing your personal details as I recall got an approval message without any SL shown, then the next step was income verification where you link your account after a successful com with your bank the SL shows up after a slot machine style number generator that spins up and stops on your SL. Then you choose to select the offer. I never needed to or interacted with CS.

They do, it's not "live" and I'm not sure if you can really access it without being an existing customer. They've got a text support number at 650-514-5504 and email support at support@x1.co.

Hi there OP,
I have started your own thread on this in the apps forum. I changed the title, you are free to edit it if so desired.

It sounds like the application may have been denied for another reason @SN1209. Typically, the SP is done (behind the scenes) to see if you pre-qualify, then the next step is linking bank accounts for income analytics. If the application did not advance to the bank account/POI verification step, then seems like a standard decline.
I would suggest waiting for the letter to confirm the results since it sounds like you can't reapply despite having a separate invite code.
That makes sense but I haven't received any letters, emails or texts. I thought they're required to send any adverse action notices. Oh well

They will send you an adverse notice via email. Some can take a couple of weeks to receive, IIRC.
