I received an invitation from a friend this morning and I started the application on my home computer. I was able to enter, name, phone, email, residence address, and income. They sent me confirmation codes for a few of those items. I ended up at a summary page and it showed all of my entered data plus a long scroll box with Terms & Conditions. Below that is a button that says "Confirm". When I click that it blinks and has a small spinning circle for a second and then nothing happens. I also tried continuing the application on my smart phone and the same thing happened. I have not been asked to enter any banking info.
Has anyone else had this happen? How do I get the app to continue forward for me?

I had a strange bug where when I input my phone number the numbers showed jumbled up and not in the order I put them in on mobile.
I ended up having to copy/paste my phone number in and the rest of the app process went nice and smooth.
My application did the same... a few hour's later I got an email that my application had been denied... still haven't been able to figure out why it was denied.
@chiefone4u - You'll receive an e-mail with the reason with your Fico score the day you applied within 3 weeks per a few people that were denied.
@bilwilvegas - How is your Fico score and credit? I think the step before linking your account is the credit check. Eventhough, the card said it's not all about credit, many posted that they lied and was turned down.
My scores are 843 / 848 / 789 5 inquiries in the last 12 months. No derogs, balances are paid in full constantly. 7 figure income. I run around $25,000 a month through cards but pay in full as soon as balances show. 1 car loan and 1 mortgage all excellent payment history (Car is 9 months ahead and mortgage is 6 months ahead). I entered my legal residence address and not my mailing address, could that be what is causing the problem? How would I modify my address to see if that caused it?

@bilwilvegas There is a phone # that you can text them. They are very responsive through support number that they would rather you text them on! Hope it helps.
Do you know the text number? I do not see it anywhere on their application site.

X1 support team responded to my email and said they are looking into it and will get back to me once they resolve it.
