Apply now, you'll be fine. I just got an ED ($5k) with two accounts opened January 2015 and scores lower than yours.

AmEx seems to be fond of clean, thin files (assuming the cards in your signature are the only cards you've ever had).

I had plenty before January... I just meant they weren't highly "new account sensitive", since I had two accounts newly opened in January. Amex asked me for no proof of income.
